Older country band of brothers?

This has been driving me nuts all day. Someone asked a questiona about a song that had the lyric in it...and a deck of 52.





I instinctively thought of this song which I thought was titled %26quot;I%26#039;ve Nothin To Lose%26quot; but am not sure and for the life of me I cannot remember the name of the band.. I think they were brothers and ones voice was EXTREMELY low. The lyrics I recall was %26quot;a deck of 51%26quot; and %26quot;watchin flowers on the wall, that don%26#039;t bother me at all, ...smoking cigarettes and watchin captain kangaroo...now dont tell me...I%26#039;ve nothin to lose.%26quot; I have been wracking my brain trying to remember the name of the group and I know as soon as someone tells me I am going to go... %26quot;DUH%26quot;...lol

Reply:The Statler Brothers they arent actually brothers, but one of the singers and their manager were brothers, and the manager had originally started out singing with the group when they first started, but had a accident and could sing because of a problem with his throat and voice....hence that is why they were originally going to be called The Statler Bros.
