He is driving me up the wall for not telling me he loves me, when he really does?????

This guy really likes me, we met about 4 months ago and i was in a relationship back then so we couldn%26#039;t really start anything, but just 2 months ago i broke up with my b/f, anyhow since then he has sent me flowers to work to wish me luck with uni, we%26#039;ve been going out dinners, movies etc





He took me to his cousins b%26#039;day with him whom i met all his family he took me to meet his friends, he%26#039;s even taking me to his friends wedding with him as his partner, he sends me sweet and romantic text msgs, i go shopping with him to pick out an his outfits, he realy really likes me but whey doesn%26#039;t he addmiting it to me, what could be the reason he doens%26#039;t tell me he likes me???

words speak louder than actions, if you know he likes you or loves you already than that%26#039;s all you needed to know, whether he says it or not it%26#039;s not a problem.
