These are hibiscus flowers.
Probably a wallpaper store will have some with hibiscus and you can cut them out - or if you go to a craft or arts supply store I%26#039;m sure tehy%26#039;ll have some stencilling kits with hibiscus that you can use instead or can advise you on how to make your own using photographs of the flower that you like.
