What is the meaning of my dream?

we were trying to escape from a demon, and we saw a strange house in a cemetary, so we go in and we had to climg the wall to go in the room that we were going to.and it that room there was Satan waiting for me, it was really amazing to see him, and he asked me some questions, and i answer him and he let us be free but i dont remember what we talk about. you were really scared when he spoke to me.i dont remember but i think we were trying to save a young boy. he had a disease and we had to take some medecine flower i dont remember everything. i dont know if we did it. i remember that i had to grab your hand so that you run faster. hold your hands.

What is the meaning of my dream?
your dream has basically link with your spiritual life??? it means where you stand in reagrd toyour faith? Is satan tempting you in your real life?? The important thing were the question what it asked you. But you dont remember it. It would reveal better your situation in waking life. However, the overall result that satan let you free means you will be in trouble, in some kind of test or some kind of tempataion but through your struggle and faith you will conquer and have victory over it. Because aas you describe a sick boy,,,...it means all you are doing is for noble cause. It is surely related with your real life too...but i dont know much about your life.....just i tried to let you know the meaning of your dream what i feel it is
Reply:sure you can......email id is riffatmaria@yahoo.co.uk Report It

Reply:it dosen't have any meaning...its just a dream you get them a lot
Reply:it means that you are sexually attracted to really mean people.
Reply:I think dreams are one of lives strange phenomenas that are best left unanswered. The only dreams that "mean anything" are dreams due to a cause, e.g. rape, nightmares will often resound after that.. its usually haunting events that come back in your sleep, but dreams shouldn't ever be considered as the beforehand dejavu, or else you'll find yourself twisted in all sorts of unconventional conspiracies. Your dream might just be a compilation of meerly seeing or having some sort of reference to these characters, and then your sub conscience, for no reason at all joines them all together at night time. Its thought that because we enter a certain part of sleep and our brains start to "shut off" so slowing chemicals and processes might well be the reason for these bizarre dreams. The content thats in a dream can be a part of any memory, so unless you've had VERY little memories its impossible to gauge exactly why the dream was compiled in such a manner..

so ultimately the reasoning behind such distortionate dreams such as your own are random, unmathematical, and just some trickle of chemicals adding together all these random thoughts left in your mind when your sleeping.

hope this gives you some closure =]
Reply:yes. we did do this! i had that same dream last night. only it wasnt a dream. it was real.it felt like we ran forever.
Reply:It's all in your subconscious!! Maybe you saw a movie or something related to Satan and in your dream state - your brain dreams about the events of the day and somehow manifests itself into the dream that you were having ..sometimes it makes sense and other times it doesn't..sometimes you can remember a certain dream and other times you can't. So don't worry about it, there is no such a thing as "dreams" come true!! Except if you win the Lottery!!

Why my cats are acting strange?!?

they are korean short haired cats and i recently bought them here in the philippines.eversince we are in korea, they are so hyper active, they are nocturnals.my husband and i enjoyed playing with them but theyve broken a lot of glass, flower vases, picture frames and even push a rice cooker to fell!they can even open a cupboard and play inside!the girl was even able to open a slide opening faucet!they r just 5 months and too big for their age.my little boy weigh around 8 kilos and my girl is 6.5 kilo.how can i have them behave even for a while?even curtains r not spared to climb and so does windows and our furnitures.i use the tricks before to spray water guns but they still do climb and run a lot in the house!at night u can hear sounds like bodies r banging against the wall but its just them playing!and when we arrive here in manila,my niece wants to touch them but they r hissing at my niece.they got rabies shots anyway but everytime they see new people they hissed at them.pls help?!

Why my cats are acting strange?!?
All cats are nocturnal, hun, it's not just their breed. But it certainly sounds like you've got some lively kittens on your hands!

Have the male neutered and the female spayed. This will calm them both down considerably....not to mention they're getting close to being able to reproduce, and I'm sure you don't want MORE kittens.

Move breakable items to a safe place, and put child safety latches on your cupboard doors.

Play with them as much as possible during the day. Make sure they have a lot of toys at their disposal...a cat tree would be a good idea, too. Get scratching posts and cardboard scratchers, and place them around your home. Sprinkle some catnip on them to make them more enticing, place their paws on the scratchers from time to time, and praise them whenever they use 'em.

To protect your furniture and curtains, you have many deterent options. SSSCat Spray, Scat Mats, Scratch Buster Strips, The Tattle Tale Alarm.....all of these may offer some help. Check 'em out here;

http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/Na...

And remember, they will slow down as they age.
Reply:Well, my thought at least on the whole breaking everything in the house is to get a large crate, and put them in it at night. They will survive being in the crate over night, and let them out during the day. If you get a big enough crate, they can stay together and play if they wish.

As to the agressive behavior, I'm no expert. So, maybe someone else will have a good idea for you.
Reply:Wow! You have a pair of hyper kitties!

Your niece might be better off leaving them alone.

Now, my younger cats used to get into cupboards all the time, until my husband bought and installed child-safety catches to hold them shut. That should help with that problem.

Since these cats are so destructive- I hate to say it, but you might want to invest in cases to hold the rest of your breakables, and set a room up without any in it so you can close them in when you can't watch them.

Another alternative- One I normally don't advise- is to see a vet about a tranquilizer to calm them down.

Good luck!
Reply:you can probably get them fixed at 5 months. that will help mellow them out some.
Reply:What u should do is eat them. This usually works with me.
Reply:Your cats are being cats when they play. My cats rip through my house like they are tigers.lol! Since your cats are hissing at your niece, why not let the cats come to her. If you have a treat have your niece sit down and call the cats to her, if they see she has a treat the might come to her without hissing. Then she can slowly try and pet them. If not then just give it time, the will eventually come around. Best of luck :)
Reply:what i suggest is buying them some toys that they CAN play with. little pretend mice, a scratching post, maybe get them a little catnip.

Getting skunk smell out of cellar?!?

A skunk sprayed near my flower beds right outside my house, near the only window in my cellar (and of course it was open that night). I am not sure if the skunk actually got some spray into the house through the window or if it has just seeped into the wall from the outside. This was days ago, and we have had a lot of rain recently but the smell still remains in my entire basement. I have tried Febreze, Lysol, even hosing down outside but nothing has helped. Right now I have a window fan sitting in the window bringing in fresh air as it has cooled off into the 60's. This is our finished basement where our only TV is so any help would be much appreciated. We have carpeting and furniture all over the basement if that helps. Thanks!

Getting skunk smell out of cellar?!?
Wow...

You poor thing...

Baking soda is a natural odor absorbant. I would sprinkle it all over the carpet and let it sit all day... Then I would go vacuum it up... Tomato paste or canned tomatoes will take care of the odors outside. I had a dog that got sprayed. This was the only way I got it off of him... He was in misery... and it worked fantastically

good luck...

Edit:

Sorry I was in a rush when I posted that. The tomato paste I smeared all over my dog and it was amazing how it absorbed the odor. I would get a garden sprayer buy a gallon of tomato sauce or paste and water it down some and spray the entire area outside where the skunk sprayed. Since it is all vegetable (tomato paste) it will not harm anything in your yard.

Come back and let us know what worked for you...

Good Luck...
Reply:Get some 3/4 peroxide, 1 tsp dish soap,2 table spoons baking soda, mix and put it in a spray bottle should neutralize the smell completely.
Reply:There are only two things I know of that will help with the skunk odor, charcoal and time. Place charcoal in your basement. The charcoal will absorb the odor. You will need to replace it frequently. This takes time...does not happen over night.
Reply:First I would try to either steam clean your carpet and furniture . Or you you could just try canned carpet cleaner. Wash your walls down with pinesol. Buy some of them plugin air fresheners. That should do it I hope.
Reply:Fill a spray bottle with vinegar and spray all fabric and carpet with it. It may stink like vinegar for a while but it beats skunk spray--( they are actually quite similar ) After a day or so the vinegar smell will fade and the skunk smell should be gone!! I hope this works and good luck!!!

As hard as it is not to dwell on the bad decisions you have made, just know that regardless of how things look EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON. I know it sounds crazy but I have learned that it is so true. The things that we go through help to form who we are.

Turn to God and let Him be everything you need. Let Him be your source of happiness and the other stuff will fall into place. I do understand, however, for some reason you are where you are ment to be right now. We are not supposed to ask why be I do believe that for whatever its worth! I guess its made you a stronger person. Plus, maybe he wouldn't have been that way with you. You know? Its like we are different with different people? I look at it this way, if I wouldn't have done what I've done, my children wouldn't be the same as they are right now - I wouldn't change them for anything so...... there's your answer!! Good luck.
Reply:You have more things to contimplate on now...think forward-forget about what is now long gone! You're gonna be just fine...
Reply:if we all had a crystal ball, then there would be no need for this site...sorry your situation did not work out. and just so you know, everyone has regrets, whether they want to admit it or not!
Reply:Everything happens for a reason. There's some cosmic reason why you weren't supposed to be with him. Take responsibility for your life. If you're not happy, change things. Everyone deserves to be happy!!! If that means leaving your husband, so be it. Honey, I think it's past time to start putting YOU first! Take the conversation with your x as a wake up call. Best of luck to you!
Reply:Wow, you picked a real winner, eh? Should have thought a little harder before you had kids. Don't try to justify an affair because you are miserable about your choices. You children aren't "choices", and everything you do affects them. Remember that before you do something stupid. Shape up your husband before you jump to your ex. There was obviously some reason that you dumped him. (And it STILL applies even if you don't say what it is)
Reply:Why is it we always let the good men go. Maybe because of the stupidty we have. yes i know exacly what you mean.you need to leave the man your with now and get somone new and someone who want you for more than your body (You live and U learn trust me i kbnow honey!!!!!!!!!!) you cant get him back by=ut you came get your life straight. Stop thinking about what you could have had think about what your going to get. and the phase i wish i know then what i know now. you have to stop saying that you know he was a good man just not for you. god has made somone for everyone. But dont loook for them let them looke for you you just keep ya self looking good.
Reply:Are you for real I'd be long gone if that wasme...you only get one chance of life why live it miserably?
Reply:The grass is always greener....you only know what your ex told you, you don't honestly know that things are that great for him. One of your husband's ex's could run into him and he would tell her that same story. Don't be regretful, but if you really don't like your husband or feel that he isn't working to uphold his part of the marriage, get counseling or get out.
Reply:Focus on NOW and move forward. Regrets and focusing on the past will not create happiness for you.

Pay attention to your marriage. If it is bad... fix it or arrange to get out. Do it with integrity and love.

Then you can move on to another relationship if you choose too.
Reply:i, too, let a keeper go but it was for their wellbeing not for mine. i was screwed up from drinking and drugs and let them go(wife and 2 kids) to a better life. i figured their happiness was more important than my habit. anyway, leave the loser with your kids and get on with your life. if the good lord wants yall to hook-up it'll happen, if not maybe you'll meet someone who's better for you. you'll be away from the dead weight which is good for all of you

HIi guys, Do you find this funny?

In a Chicago hospital, a gentleman had made several attempts to

get into the men's restroom, but it had always been occupied.A nurse noticed his predicament.

Sir, she said "You may use the ladies room if promise not to touch any of the buttons on the wall."

He did what he needed to, and as he sat there he noticed the buttons he had promised not to touch. Each button was identified

by letters: WW, WA, PP, and a red one labelled ATR.

Who would know if he touched them? He couldn't resist. He pushed

WW. Warm water was sprayed gently upon his bottom. What a nice

feeling, he thought. Men restrooms don't have nice things like this.

Anticipating greater pleasure, he pushed the WA button. Warm air replaced the warm water, gently drying his underside.

When this stopped, he pushed the PP button.

A large powder puff caressed his bottom adding a fragile scent ofspring flower to his unbelievable

pleasure. The ladies restroom was more than a restroom, it is

tender loving pleasure. When the powder puff completed its

pleasure, he couldn't wait to push the ATR button which he knew would be supreme ecstasy.

Next thing he knew he opened his eyes, he was in a hospital bed, and a nurse was staring down at him.

"What happened?" he %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;exclaimed.

The last thing I remember was pushing the ATR button.

"The ATR button is an Automatic Tampon Remover. Your penis is under your pillow!

MEN NEVER LISTEN!!!

Good luck.

This is a bit odd. Your thoughts please?

So I have a sister who is in her mid twenties, and I'm almost 18. And for a while now she's been acting interested in me, but she also treats me angrily every time she can. For example pushing me in a chair up against the wall. What has been weirding me out is that she copies me and stares at me when I'm sunbathing and then comments on my body. A few examples of how she copies me are by peaking over my shoulder and looking at what I'm making to eat and then eating the same thing I am. And I bought new flip flops and she went back to the store and bought the same kind I did for herself. She spies on the music I listen to and then plays it out loud and dances to it. When I get out of the shower and smell like shampoo and whatever else and I walk past her she breathes in deeply with a look of enjoyment on her face like you would when smelling a flower. Those are just some examples but I'm getting creeped out. Do you think she's doing this just to mess with my head? Thank you for reading.

This is a bit odd. Your thoughts please?
maybe she is doing it to mess with your head and if she is its working lol.

brothers and sisters are just born to give each other hard times..

i say forget it its the weekend enjoy it.
Reply:It sounds like she wants to BE you. Perhaps just act a bit cold and try to get her to back off. I'd also tell your parents that you're worried about her. Maybe don't go into details, but just say she's acting strangely. Just flag it, in case it's something upsetting her, making her want to focus on someone else so much.

brrr...
Reply:This could be a funny situation if you wanted it to be. she is successfully creeping you out, so do what she is doing to you, but on her. Then she will get creeped out, if she says something ay to her that she has been doing it to you as well. Maybe then you will find what her problem is.

Good Luck

you said you feel creeped out, and thats when you gotta talk to her

she might just be messing around

but if its making your uncomfortable you need to talk to her.

she could be lesiban or bi tho but i dont know why she would do those thigns to her own sister

but who knows
Reply:I think that she is really into you.She copies you because she really likes what you do.If it bothers you just tell her and she will stop.
Reply:She might look up to you but she is doing it in a wrong and unhealthy way.
Reply:she's feeling insecure and she is just pushing your buttons

i weird my little sister out on purpose sometimes too.

just ask her =]
Reply:ask her and sort out the prob.ya but in sis this happens a lot
Reply:is she blood related? do you know if shes lesbian?
Reply:I don't really know what to say. I would find it hard that any sibling would allow themselves to be interesting in their sister/brother. As such, I would hesitate to say that she is interested in you in such a way that should make you uncomfortable; instead, I feel it is more likely that she is just interested into you as a sister and nothing more. She might just be trying to get more involved in your life. I don't know.

Though the only way to let her know of your discomfort will be to tell/ask her about all this copying etc. I wouldn't get worried though.
Reply:Yes, um, that's all a little weird. My youngest sister is 6 and likes to copy me, but she's also little. Yesterday, she threw a fit when I told her she couldn't come to the movies with my boyfriend and I. I felt bad later and bought her ice cream, but this is obviously different.

Maybe she's doing it to be annoying, but I would confront her the next time something like that happens. That's really weird. Try asking your mom or something if she has noticed anything, and ask her opinion on it.
Reply:I really think that she looks up to you. I had a friend that we were friends the day after i was born and she is 4 years older than me and she used to be the most popular girl in school. If she was listening to some really good song I would go home and ask my mom to go to the store and buy the CD. All of her friends would make fun of me because I was younger and not the coolest kid around. I really think it is her way of saying she cares about you and really wants to be like you.

Hope I Helped,

Question regarding the movie The Orphanage..?

Ok so my sisters said that Simon died when he fell through the staircase but I assumed he was always alive even after the fall just very badly injured this way for the plot to work he wouldnt be able to make anymore noise, another reason why I got confused was because after she heard him through the wall she finds the doll on the bed which I thought meant she was to begin the game, but she didnt therefore time passes and eventually Simon dies naturally without his medicine, food and such,

another reason why I assumed this was because the flower was wilted when she finally played the game, meaning it was fresh at the time she was suppose to play

So Im confused as to, had she played the game when she found the first clue would she have been able to save him or did he die along time ago when he fell down the stairs?

Question regarding the movie The Orphanage..?
Remember when she puts her ear up to the wall to hear the banging and then there is a really loud bang? That was Simon falling, and that is what killed him. And yes you are right about her finding the doll and beginning the game, but I don't think that's what they wanted you think he died from.

Help on Romeo and Julet Act 2?

These are some of the questions I am having trouble with. I have answered the others.

Act 2

Scene 1-

1. Why do Benvolio and Mercutio decide not to pursue Romeo when they see him at the Capulet's orchard wall?

2. What does Juliet mean when she says: What's in a name? That which we call a rose By any other name would smell as sweet.

3. What does Juliet mean by "lover's perjuries"?

4. Interpret "They say, Jove laughs. O gentle Romeo, If thou dost love, pronounce it faithfully. Or if thou thinkest I am too quickly won, I'll frown and be perverse and say thee nay, So thou wilt woo, but else not for the world. In truth. fair Montague, I am fond.

Scene 3-

5. Within the infant rind of this small flower

Poison hath residence and medicine power:

For this, being smelt, with that part cheers each part;

Being tasted, slays all senses with the heart.

Two such opposed kings encamp them still

In man as well as herbs, grace and rude will;

And where the worser is predominant,

Help on Romeo and Julet Act 2?
1. They think he is still in love with Roseline and don't want to disturb him or something..I can't really remember

2. She is saying that as a metaphor to Romeo's name, saying that even if he wasn't called Romeo he would still be the same person, have the same character, and she would still be in love with him

3. Prejudices of lovers

4. Juliet is just pronouncing her love to Romeo and telling herself that she just wants to hear him say that he is in love with her.

5. Friar Laurence is just talking about how there are two uses for herbs, good and bad, and humans could be good and bad too.
Reply:1. they aren't aware that Romeo is even in love with juliet. They still think he is heartbroken over Rosaline.

2. She is saying that names do not matter, only the person that comes with them. it doesn't matter what people call you.

3. i don't remember that part but probably something about it's problems

4. She is rushing into their love

5. the herbs the friar uses can be used as drugs or as medicine, depended on how you use them. there is a good side and a bad side to everything.

hope i helped! =]
Reply:1. They don't really see him. They are just looking for him. They think he is with Rosaline.

2. She means that if you called a rose something else, it would still be the same thing; it would smell the same. She is making a metaphor that Montague is only Romeo's name; she loved him before she knew she was a Montague.

3. Perjury is when you lie under oath. She is telling Romeo not to lie about his love for her.

4. Where is that quote? Look it up on sparknotes.com under No Fear Shakespeare.

5. Same as #4. He is talking about how he can make medicines and potions with his plants. It is kind-of a foreshadowing. It also lets the audience know that he can make these poisons.

Can someone teach me why this poem does not rhyme?

I scoff at the lofty mountain before me as bitter tears roll down my face.

I cry, Dear Lord please help me as I stumble to a slower pace

I plead in prayer and begin to say...

I ache for something forbidden

I feel it to be love but to whom it is for is where my dark secret lay hidden.

I beg my spirit to bid thy will and stop yearning for his love to feel

I reach and wonder is Thy mighty arm stretch out to me still?

I know thou can mold me as soft clay to a potter

I stall for help to not thirst for his unclean offer

I see his gift is like acid rain to a dessert flower

I wonder why I have lost my desire to reach for Thy loving power

I believe Thou Art the author of love and giver of all

I question….can thou free me from my lonely prison’s wall

I want my heart filled with a pure fire of ever-lasting love so true

I ask for my heart to soften and my vision to expand anew

I dread my choice ahead and I feel so lonely and almost dead

I look up to the starry sky then back down upon the mountain oh so high

I hold my hand close to my chest and know what is for the best

I have faltered many times at the task that must be done

I dread that I must break our heart that has mended into one

I wipe the bitter tears from off my face and stand to start another pace

Can someone teach me why this poem does not rhyme?
Yeah, it rhymes, some is slant rhyme, like potter/offer, feel/still, but it rhymes. Emily Dickinson used slant rhyme, it's perfectly valid.

If you want to make it have end rhyme instead of internal rhyme though, add more line breaks. For example, the line "I hold my hand close to my chest and know what is for the best" has internal rhyme - chest/best - but no end rhyme. Saying...

"I hold my hand close to my chest

And know what is for the best"

...gives it end rhyme, which is what the rest of the piece has.

But yeah, it rhymes.
Reply:The poem does rhyme. "Face" and "Pace" rhyme, as does "forbidden" and "hidden". The whole poem rhymes.
Reply:Contrary to what Phinnies says, a poem does not need to have patterned end rhyme in order for it to be effective.
Reply:it ryhmes u idiot.
Reply:it's a free-form poem.....

kinda like the poem the black people do in the ghetto....
Reply:Parts of it rhymes, parts of it doesn't. Not all the paired words actually rhyme - example potter/offer. Part of the problem is that there is no consistent pattern to the rhyming. In one case it appears you are rhyming every two lines......and in some cases like hidden/forbidden you are skipping. A good rhyming poem needs to have a pattern or the rhyme is lost.

Counting things for no reason?

Hello, I was wondering what this means:

Whenever I look at something, I always count the things in it..For example, if I am looking at a flower pot, I would always count how many leaves there are...The list goes on to countless things..carpet's design on the floor, to the pictures on the wall..like everything. And the thing is I can't even control it. Can anyone tell me why I am doing this?

Counting things for no reason?
This isn't weird. It's just a compulsive habit. Some are more of a problem than others. Personally, for a while I used to not be able to shut off a lamp or light without making absolutely sure, several times, that the switch had been flipped just right! So I made myself aware of each time I was doing it, and forced myself NOT to reach out and test the switch again. Shortly thereafter, I completely quit doing it.

Probably you have some anxieties, and so it is possible that counting things gives your life order and makes you feel more in control of your life.

You should read up on this. I Googled the words "compulsive counting" and found tons of links to read up on this subject. Try it.
Reply:Ya, I do that... It's a little OCD. It sems to keep my mind off of worrying about other things. Kind of like my brain just decompressing from other stressful thoughts, ya know!

Lol, I think mine started when I was taking ballet classes when I was 5. We always had to count the steps, ever since then I seem to be counting something almost all the time now.
Reply:It's an obsessive habit. And since you can't turn it off, it sounds like obsessive compuslive disorder. It's treatable, but since it doesn't seem to be a problem, you may just want to live with it. If it's really bugging you, you can get therapy, and that soemtimes helps.
Reply:If you are counting them for no reason, you are just weird.

If you are counting them to either keep something bad from happening or to relieve stress, you probably have OCD. Which, I mean, is weird, too.
Reply:I do the same thing, it's a symptom of anxiety and it's how u cope with it. If this is your only symptom consider yourself lucky, I have dozens and they're very embarrassing.
Reply:I count things all the time thats normal, one, two, three, four, five guys who want to kick my ***, hmm...

Joke for you!!!?

In a Chicago hospital, a gentleman had made several attempts to get into the men's restroom, but it had always been occupied.

A nurse noticed his predicament.

Sir, she said ' You may use the ladies room if you promise not to touch any of the buttons on the wall.'

He did what he needed to, and as he sat there he noticed the buttons he had promised not to touch.

Each button was identified by letters: WW, WA , PP, and a red one labelled ATR.

Who would know if he touched them?

He couldn't resist.. He pushed WW. Warm water was sprayed gently upon his bottom. What a nice feeling, he thought. Men's restrooms don't have nice things like this. Anticipating greater pleasure, he pushed the WA button. Warm air replaced the warm water, gently drying his underside. When this stopped, he pushed the PP button. A large powder puff caressed his bottom adding a fragile scent of spring flower to this unbelievable pleasure.. The ladies restroom was more than a restroom, it is tender loving pleasure. When the powder puff completed its pleasure, he couldn't wait to push the ATR button which he knew would be supreme ecstasy. Next thing he knew he opened his eyes, he was in a hospital bed, and a nurse was staring down at him.

'What happened?' he exclaimed. The last thing I remember was pushing the ATR button.

'The button ATR is an Automatic Tampon Remover. Your penis is under your pillow.'

Joke for you!!!?

What has caused my runner beans to fail? There have been flowers but not a bean in sight?

I live in southern spain and have planted my beans next to a wall with support canes. I have watered them every day. They have looked healthy and produced lots of flowers.

What has caused my runner beans to fail? There have been flowers but not a bean in sight?
Test your soil PH level, it should be in the mid to upper 6's (6.4-6.8). most likely the PH is to low. If so, adding a bit of Lime to the soil will raise the PH.

I cant tell you how much to add, to many variables involved, contact a store with a gardening department, or any agricultural centers.
Reply:YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE HAD THE BEES AROUND TO POLLUTE THE FLOWERS TO PRODUCE THE BEANS..OTHER THAN I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHY THERE IS NO BEANS THERE FOR YOU..........

Dreaming of someone you haven't seen personally.only in picture?

Dream:

i have this guy friend that i met online. We've been chatting for almost 3 months. Recently he told me about the dream that he had in his own words as follows:

we were trying to escape from a demon, and we saw a strange house in a cemetary, so we go in and we had to climg the wall to go in the room that we were going to.and it that room there was Satan waiting for me, it was really amazing to see him, and he asked me some questions, and i answer him and he let us be free but i dont remember what we talk about. you were really scared when he spoke to me.i dont remember but i think we were trying to save a young boy. he had a disease and we had to take some medecine flower i dont remember everything. i dont know if we did it. i remember that i had to grab your hand so that you run faster. hold your hands.

My feelings about the dream:

I can say that i'm really that kind of person in his dreams who easily get scared a

How can I get my dog to stop digging and stop eating cat poop?

My dog kicks dirt out of our flower beds and does whatever it takes to get to the litter pan to eat the cat's poop. How can we make her stop? We have an electronic fence, but we never factored in the beds. Is paying to have it completely redone our only option? She will not stay out despite being yelled at and told no a million times. She doesn't get it and I don't know how to get her to understand KEEP OUT! Meanwhile, we face our cat pan door to the back wall but the dog will move the hamper in our bathroom to get to the pan and push it so that she can get in and feast away. Nasty! My husband wants to get rid of the dog, who is six years old. I've had the dog longer than my husband! Help!

How can I get my dog to stop digging and stop eating cat poop?
Put a fence around your flowerbed and keep the cat litter out of reach. Problem solved!
Reply:Get rid of your husband for being such a grump! Can't your cat go out side to poop? That would at least solve that problem! I do know that dogs don't respond well at being shouted at as they don't understand what you are saying and they don't understand that what they are doing annoys you. They just know you are angry with them but they don't know why! Look up a dog training book or a professional dog trainer. Don't shout at your dog anymore.
Reply:she is digging out of bordom. you have to give her something else to do. do you take her on walks or to the park? maybe get out a couple times a week and walk her. give her some toys in the backyard and dont let her see you dig in the garden when you are weeding, planting, etc...

As for the litter box, there are ones you can buy that have a funny looking top that, depending on her size, she should not be able to get into. Unless shes the size of the cat.

Here is a helpful site on dog training.

Here is just one style that might work. there are others that would also make it difficult for her to get at the cat poo.

By the way- the box with the "funny lid" I was talking about is called a Booda Boodaloo coverd cat box.

The Disney peril?

According to the legend, Hua Mu Lan, sometimes called "the Chinese Joan of Arc," took her father's place in battle and led the Chinese troops to victory. I first met her as "Fa Mu Lan" in Maxine Hong Kingston's novel "The Woman Warrior." The tale's heroine raised my fist in the air. She was a virtuous, bad-*** sista.

But the film "Mulan," released in the midst of intensifying anti-Chinese sentiment in the United States, is yet another Hollywood treatment of Asians as exotic. Recently, heightened political interest in Asia has prompted a commodification of anything Eastern -- spirituality, fashion, food and even women, as the sheer number of female Asian roles in film shows. Suzy Wong, Madame Butterfly and geisha girls played this role in the recent past. The new Asian female characters may be more empowered and less passive this time around, but they are still sexual and are usually still paired with white men.

Since she impersonates a man for most of the movie, Mulan is thankfully not the clichéd object of "yellow fever," nor a Disney-style sexpot like Pocahontas, who ran around in a low-cut deerskin, or the Little Mermaid with her strapless tube top and sexy fishtail. Instead, Disney depicts the up-to-date Asian woman riding her horse with the Great Wall rolling in the distance, eating pot stickers, bowing to her father -- all nonthreatening images of what Westerners love about Asians. Disney's Americanized Hua Mu Lan is an affable character with G-rated allure -- she has Eastern looks with Western values. Her face, according to a Disney release, is "based on the Chinese ideal of beauty with its round egg-shape and cherry blossom lips." Her free-spirited personality and forthright manner make her palatable to Western audiences. She is a banana -- yellow outside, white within. With her anglicized name, her perfect unaccented English and her wild gesticulations, it is easy to see she is not a Chinese woman warrior, but an Asian-American feminist. My mother -- a first-generation Asian-American -- would say this film shows we've come a long way.

But this is Disney, after all. Most people my age are cynical about Disney's simplistic, hyperromantic epics, and too savvy to be manipulated. With our anti-corporate attitude in the age of takeovers and technology, Disney is an enemy. In "Mulan," the simplistic banality of the Wonderful World is evil because it is culturally imperialistic. By focusing on a girl whose "irrepressible spirit clashes with her tradition-bound society," the film shows China as an unfree society.

Indeed, the view of China is one-dimensional and stereotyped throughout. Mulan is summed up in fortune-cookie prose: "The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of them all." A musical sequence ends with Mulan and other conscripts leaping in the air, giving a kung-fu kick and exclaiming "Hi-Ya!" A brass gong reverberates every so often. Mulan's sidekick, a dragon named "Mushu," shouts, "Call out for egg rolls" at the end of the film. Mulan's arch enemy, Shan-Yu, has slanted, malarial yellow eyes and an ominous, anthracitic visage. In their duels, there is a striking visual contrast between Mulan's western qualities and his "Oriental" features.

Of course, the film ends with a triumphant Mulan in the Forbidden Palace, throngs of Chinese bowing to her reverently, after she has sent the villain rocketing in the distance on a firecracker. In Disney, goodness will prevail. In Disney, the West will always win.

The Disney peril?
Something gives me the impression that you made this decision before seeing the movie. How dare the "enemy" even try to tell a story that impassioned you enough to raise your fist in the air.

Perhaps we should look at the fact that this story would never have been told by those original animators in the 40's %26amp; 50's that brought those classic Disney princess to life, like Cinderella %26amp; Snow White. Why wouldn't they? Because it never would have sold, in the end it is a business and they would have needed to create somthing that society was ready for. So even if this version of Mulan is not the classic Chinese version you prefer, maybe we can see it as a baby step, and in another 50 years a version will be done that lives up to your standards.

Kids at a wedding (not mine or his)?

My fiance and I are planning our wedding, and we're running into a wall over the children. I personally object to having any children under 18 at all because we have an evening wedding, and I remember as a young girl being the only child at the evening wedding of my uncle and having my father bring me home because I was too tired and largely in the way of the adults. I also don't want my family and friends being reserved with their behavior for the sake of the kids. I don't want to have small children running around and under tables. My fiance wants to include his goddaughter as our flower girl, and because she's included, then he believes that a domino effect occurs... if one child is allowed, then they all must. I'm wondering what people experienced with children? How did it impact your budget (we're talking 20 kids under 10 here)? A secondary problem is that some of my cousins are my age, the youngest is 4... a big range. I don't want to exclude some but not others.

Kids at a wedding (not mine or his)?
What i think we're going to end up doing (since the wedding will more than likely be at a hotel or resort) is get a couple neighborhood girls together and rent them a room and have Babysitters available. Depending on the age range will help determine how many we need.

Provide food, and movies, and snacks, and stuff to keep them occupied. I think we'll have the option for them to be at the reception, but when the children get tired... they can go up to the kiddie suite and have a place to crash out and still be supervised so the parents can come back and party.
Reply:I think it's ok to invite the kids on the wedding party if you want it, but not every kid in your family. It would be too many kids running around like it's a playground and would probable be annoying for the parents who want to have fun and your other friends who don't want kids. Kids are kids , they can't be controlled at all time so it's better if they go home to sleep, either way an evening reception is not a time for kids.

Good luck!
Reply:We are not having any children at our wedding, except the flower girl, and it's a big posiblity she will not be in attendance at the reception because of the time. (late evening). That said., I would not allow any other children besides her at the reception reguardless. I just went to a wedding where children were allowed there, they were running around, bumping into people on the dance floor,, tearing the dessert table apart, and throwing a fit when they were told that they could not have the centerpieces on the table. they were sticking their fingers in everything, desserts, the chocolate fountain, the mixed drink machine. Just a huge mess. I don't care what parents say...they DO NOT properly watch their children at weddings. They should be left home
Reply:We only invited the children who were in the wedding- and only our ringbearer came. The flower girls went home- because their parents wanted to enjoy themselves! I think that as long as you limit it to only the children in the wedding party, you have no obligation to invite any other kids. Most parents welcome a chance to go out without their kids!
Reply:This whole topic is a minefield. Some people believe that their children belong everywhere. Others beleive that there should be adults-only places, and not just because of 'adult themes'.

I think a compromise could be possilbe. You may want to have the god-daughter as a flower girl at the ceremony and join all for dinner, but make it clear to her parents that the expectation is that she leave after dinner. Even then ,the poor thing will be bored out of her gourd.

This leads to a second suggestion of just having her at the ceremony and have the babysitter and her share pizza at home. Or maybe even have a sleepover of a couple of her cousins.

good luck.
Reply:No no no. No kids. Kids can be in the pictures, then escorted home or to a hotel room. The flower girl can walk down the aisle, then walk out and be escorted home by a babysitter. No kids, none.
Reply:planning my daughters weddig and the same issue.

The flower girl will go home with the grandparents after dinner.

Other young guests will go to the hotel or home .

THe venue is not child proof and there is no place for them to go.

ONe idea is to hire a person to take care of them, entertain them, is there a separate room they can be in?
Reply:we are only inviting the children of our family, sisters niceces and nephews. we are having a later afternoon in to the night time reception.

we are making sure that the parents know when the alcohol starts flowing we want the children to leave soon there after. there will be enough of them that are driving when we get married so they can go back to our grandmoms house and spend the night

stick to your guns. have the 1 there and make sure her family knows to line her babysitter up for afterwards.

no need for more kids to get underfoot, to get tired and to get in to trouble!!
Reply:You need to have a blanket effect - either all or nothing. You can't invite some but exclude other, or guests will be very offended and you will probably never be forgiven.

For my wedding I had a no under-18's rule that worked fine. I had my 5 %26amp; 6 yr old niece %26amp; nephew at the church as flowergirl %26amp; pageboy, but they were picked up afterwards by a friend and taken home before the reception.

Night time weddings/receptions are too late for little kids! They end up too tired %26amp; cranky and then they go to sleep on mum or dads lap and then no one is having fun.
Reply:I agree with the domino effect. If you invite one then you should invite them all. Personally I am all for inviting children because I see weddings as fun family events. However if you don't want children there that's fine too, just make sure everyone can afford a sitter. People might also want to leave early to get home to their kids. I had over 30 children at both ceremony and reception without a problem.
Reply:That is a personal choice. They do get rather expensive especially if there are guest with many children. Then of course you have the wonderful Aunt and Uncle that do not mind their children are swinging off of the chandeliers.

We went to my cuz wedding and it was nice, kids and all. Most everyone found sitters for their kids part way through the night and partied on. I saw one wedding that provided childcare on site, so the kids could leave and the parents could enjoy the rest of the evening.

It is hard to tell guests not to bring the kids and little cousins are there. I do think that the wedding party kids are one thing and guests are another.

Best of luck.
Reply:It is perfectly appropriate to exclude kids from the reception. I agree with your reasoning. You can have the flower girl at the ceremony but then not have children at the reception. Its your wedding and you should have what you like but you will need to make a firm decision; can't have some kids and not others. Congratulations.

For this, being smelt, with that part cheers each part;

Being tasted, slays all senses with the heart.

Two such opposed kings encamp them still

In man as well as herbs, grace and rude will;

And where the worser is predominant,

Help on Romeo and Julet Act 2?
I'm not completely sure about question 1, but my take on it is Mercutio and Benvolio think it's basically useless to try and get him to go, he is "blind" by his affections for Juliet, and he may perhaps be mad at them if they try. But like I said, I'm not sure. The others though, no problem at all.

question 2) Juliet is stating that a name(Romeo's 'name', him being a Montague) doesn't change who he is as a person, at least to her. She compares the situation to a rose. If a rose were called say, a skunk, instead of a rose, it would still be a rose, right? The name doesn't change the fact that it's a beautiful flower. So, to Juliet, the fact that Romeo is a Montague doesn't matter, she loves him for who he is. (ironic if you ask me, seeing as to how she's just barely met the guy and doesn't really "know him" at all lol)

question 3) "lovers perjuries" here, Juliet means the troubles and the like that people in relationships go through. That's a very basic interpretation, I can't go more into it without explaining waaayy more of the story

question 4) "At lovers perjuries, they say, Jove laughs" Jove is the English name for the Roman god Jupiter, ruler of all gods. thats not that important to the rest of the lines meaning though. in basic English: "Romeo, if you love me, be faithful. Or if you don't want to because you think I'll be too quickly won over, I'll be upset and say that you don't love me. So try to win me over, but be honest please"

question 5)this is the Friar, talking to himself in his garden. he's talking about a particular flower he has, reflecting that it is both poisonous and has health benefits. if you look at one aspect of it("smelling it") its beautiful and causes happiness; yet if you are to taste it, you'll die. then he states that the same may be (and in this story, is) true for humans and their interactions with one another. Romeo and Juliet are in love, and even though that's a happy thing, look how it ends up- tragedy.

hope i was helpful. I haven't read through the story in about 2-3 years
Reply:2. Juliet explains that a name means nothing. It is just a name, nothing more and cannot bring hatred.

If you want to look deeper, it could also refer to Rosaline, being beautiful aswell and that Romeo only thinks Juliet to be the same as Rosaline, just with a different name.
Reply:sorry i only know # 2, ok it like if we called a rose a skunk per say it would still be a rose. romeo is romeo not his name, thats just somthing we call him.
