I like it very much, but also Scorpions which i don't need it coz it's deadly.. but where can i find praying mantis , before that , sometimes i see a praying mantis on the top of the wall.. just look at us and look follow where we go... I can't catch it coz it's too high , can i find it in my garden ? it's a bit hard coz it's the same colour , hard to see but i'm really worry that the Hornet always on the flower.. it's large , today when i'm searching praying mantis , the hornet is about to sting me :( please tell me how, easily to find a praying mantis , and tell me is it guilty to keep a praying mantis or other insects as pet ? can i keep them in an aquarium ? i don't have anything larger to keep praying mantis .. help.. thanks!

Reply:I'd always recommend letting any kind of wild animal stay in the wild. Praying Mantis are very good for your garden and will eat tons of pests... Some of them can be found in gardens. They are pretty secretive and hard to find... especially in winter...
Reply:Domestic preying mantises can be purchased online. Do a google search. They are quite easy to look after.
EDIT: A fair sized aquarium is fine but make sure you have the right stuff to take care of it as well as a tank. Don't feed it wild insects as this food source is unreliable and carries a risk of contamination, buy store-bought crickets. Don't capture a wild mantis, buy a captive bred one. Here in the UK they are only about £5 or $10.
