I have ants every year in my flowerbed that like the cement wall.?

They%26#039;re little tiny ones--kinda brownish--red--but they don%26#039;t really look like fire ants--they bite if they get on you. Does anyone know of maybe a liquid that I can pour in the dirt that won%26#039;t hurt my flowers? I has to be a liquid because when I dig they go down maybe a foot into the dirt and there%26#039;s usually alot of white eggs. Normally I dig everything up but thers obviously alot I%26#039;m missing. Maybe they are some kind of fireants cuz they seem to like the heat from the cement. I%26#039;ve tried sevin powder and liquid--but that hasn%26#039;t worked--and I tried sprays but that didn%26#039;t penetrate the dirt well--just killed the surface ones. Thx for the help!

I poured so many things down our ant commune I couldn%26#039;t believe they lived through it alll. I used al the natural things, pepper, Cinnamon, %26amp; powders. I usually just flood the area with a mixture of 3 tablespoons of dish soap and a 2 quart container of hot water. and repete when you notice they come back.

Our little ants bit us and are attacking you when you work in the gardens, they also have eaten my veggies and madea mess out there.
Reply:For cripes%26#039; sake, STOP TRYING TO KILL ANTS OUTDOORS. That%26#039;s where they live. Every drop of chemical you pour onto the soil harms the earth. The ants aren%26#039;t going to do any harm. Leave them alone.
